My journey began with a desire to better myself, and to this day every waking moment is spent delving further into the possibilities. Bodybuilding and training became my life, and I went on to compete for many years, earning the title of Welsh Champion in 2011. Since then, I have found a deep passion for helping others achieve their perfect body through personal training, mindfulness and spiritual development. It is this unique combination of body and spirit that has become XtraFIT's, a programme that puts the focus on the individual, highlighting their particular needs in order to become the best that they can be. I invite each and every one of you to join me on this journey, and see how high it takes us on the road to realising our perfect selves.
